Pedaling aimlessly, with no rush and in company creates a bond between pilots and passengers that leads to living special moments, which are reflected in a notebook of personal experiences.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_228\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-228\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-228 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/Formacion2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/Formacion2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/Formacion2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/Formacion2.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-228\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Volunteers for our first trishaw training<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en\">A cross-generational group of twenty-two people participated in the theoretical training to join CWA. Five more Biciclistas practiced with our \u201cYayacleta\u201d (&#8216;Nanacycle&#8217;), the trishaw we\u00b4ve got thanks to Erasmus project, because they had finished their training in Zaragoza on December 1<sup>st<\/sup> but needed to practice more. Corella, our lovely 8,000-inhabitant town in Northern Spain, has become the fourth population in the country to own a trishaw and to open a chapter of Cycling Without Age.<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><span lang=\"en\">Later on, eight IES Alhama students and a bunch of trainees went to visit our elderly people but&#8230; let\u00b4s read a student\u00b4s account of that unforgettable December morning:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>We went to \u00abHogar San Jos\u00e9\u00bb retirement home to make a brief presentation about our Erasmus project. We explained the different organizations that work with us, the objectives and the activities we plan to implement. <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>Right after the brief presentation, we entertained our elders with Berber dances, magic tricks, Navarrese \u201cjotas\u201d (typical songs from our region) and a cute bingo made with letters instead of numbers.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_230\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-230\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-230 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/formacion5-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/formacion5-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/formacion5-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iesalhama.educacion.navarra.es\/web1\/erasmus\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/12\/formacion5.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-230\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Berber dancer at the nursing home<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium\"><i>Finally, we showed them the tricycle and it drew a big smile on their face knowing that they will have the chance to go for a ride in the near future.
