El alumnado&nbsp;pudo asistir a diferentes ponencias de <strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">cocineros de renombre<\/span><\/strong> como Xavier Pellicer, Rodrigo de la Calle e Hilario Arbelaitz en el plano nacional, y en el internacional profesionales como Peter Gilmore y Jock Zonfrillo de Australia, Felipe Schaedler de Brasil o Shinobu Namae y Yoshihiro Narisawa de Jap\u00f3n.
