Last Saturday, November 11, my school (IES Alhama) and Biciclistas de Corella organized a DIY bicycle repair workshop. 17 volunteers managed to fix 14 bikes in almost three hours.
We greatly appreciate the help and expertise of Javier Díaz García («Ciclos Javi»), a former student of IES Alhama. He was extremely patient when teaching us basic concepts of bicycle mechanics.
Some memorable numbers of our DIY bike repair workshop:
