Erasmus Project Logo Contest
Introduction
The aim of the contest is for individual students or volunteers to design a logo which best illustrates the theme: “Sustainable Mobility, Sustainable Community. 2018-2021”. It’s compulsory that these four words and the years are part of the logo.
Categories:
There is only one category: secondary school students and volunteers up to the age of 30.
When is the Deadline for Entry?
The competition starts on April the 15th and the deadline for entries is May the 31th. Every partner chooses the final 6 designs.
Procedure
The Final will be held in Dublin, where all the partners will decide the winner.
When will Winners be announced?
There will be one overall winner and one runner up. Winners will be announced in June (between the 25-29th)
What can I win?
First Prize — 100 euros in bike equipment/school supplies/books and a framed copy of your design
Runner-up Prize — 50 euros in bike equipment/school supplies/books.
Terms & Conditions
Number of Entries:
-The maximum amount of entries permitted per school/association is 20.
An individual can enter the competition with a maximum of 2 entries.
2. How to enter: the logo can be submitted in a digital format or as an illustration on an A3/A4 poster.
Poster – all personal details of the student must be included on the reverse side of the poster.
Digital Format- please submit jpg files ONLY and no file can be bigger than 5MB.
3. Personal Details: all competition entries must include the following information either printed clearly on the reverse of each poster for A3/A4 illustrations, or included in an accompanying email for jpgs:
a. Student’s/Volunteer’s name;
b. Class/Year/Course;
c. Age
d. Name of school/association.
4. Submission: entries should be submitted personally to the schools (Randersgade, St. Tiernan’s and Alhama High School) or to the LAG Suduva headquarters. Please ensure your poster is packaged appropriately.

6. School’s details: For school entries, please include contact details for the project coordinator (name, phone number and email address) for correspondence purposes.
7. Notification: competition winners will be notified within 30 days of the close of the competition by either post /telephone/email.
8. Judging: an independent panel of adults belonging to the 5 partners will select the winning entries. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
9. Publicity: winners may be asked to take part in competition publicity including being photographed by the media.
10. By entering this competition, you acknowledge that your entry (including name and school/association) may be shown on schools, websites/ social media, at SMSC events/ seminars and other publications/ events associated with the current project.
11. Eligibility: the competition is open to all registered partners.
12. Respect copyright. Only upload entries that you have made or that you are authorised to use.
13. Entry to the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
