Fifty students/volunteers from Denmark, Lithuania, Ireland, and Spain participated in the meeting of the Erasmus project «Sustainable Mobility – Sustainable Community» from the 24th to the 29th of June.
There have been a lot of conferences and presentations that have brought new ideas on how to improve cycling infrastructure in our country. The students were also introduced to Trinity University, visited an innovative epic museum, and most were surprised by the exhibition of ships and especially of old cars, buses, and trams in the Museum of Transport in Howth.
The young people were well integrated into the bicycle parade, and they liked to ride with a thousand cyclists. Students who lived in families remained very satisfied and quickly became very good friends with each other. It was difficult to say goodbye after the visit. The whole Lithuanian delegation says a big thank you to the Irish team, and best wishes for everyone until another LTT meeting in Denmark.
