We, Erasmus volunteers, formed a 12-people cleaning squad in Estanquilla reservoir on Friday, November 1st. We collected 35 bags full of rubbish. Unfortunately, unexpected things were found too: shoes, tires…

We met at 9:00 AM at the bus station, then started the walk to clean Corella’s tracks and Estanquilla. A man from Corella called Pablo helped a lot to clean around the reservoir. Thanks for pitching in!
We made it more exciting by starting a «Before and after» challenge. It was great. We are so happy about this.

We found and picked old shoes, dead fish, a lot of plastic packagings and glass bottles. People do picnics but they don’t take off the trash which is a really bad thing and a crime to our natural environment!
