We had a very special CWA ride yesterday for several reasons. First, Alicia Díez (a very dependable pilot from IES Alhama school) did a great job riding to and accompanying Resurrección.
Second, two new lovely elders (Pilar and Resu) enjoyed a yayacleta ride for the first time. They were extremely happy and grateful.
Third, Maite and Natxo, from IruZiklo Pamplona, came to pay a visit and get to know CWA Corella firsthand.
We went to Camino Bajo and El Villar because they hadn’t seen the trees we planted yet. They were very excited with the ride and waved everybody we passed.
The whole CWA gang (two elders, three pilots, three accompanying persons and two visitors from Pamplona) loved the ride. There were two very special moments: the drink and snack we had in Landelino with family and friends of the two elders and the visit to Plaza de España to see the new painting Rafa González has made. Awesome!
We hope IruZiklo can coordinate and start the second CWA chapter in Navarra in the near future. Go for it!!!
