«Basuraleza” a hybrid word that combines “basura” (waste) and “naturaleza” (nature). We wanted to participate in the 4th Environment Weekend in Corella and we made a presentation about «basuraleza».
Ainhoa, Eneko and Yasmín presented the slides before 170 people. It was a very special occasion.
We shared our next measures to tackle basuraleza, namely, clean-ups and our our sandwich wrappers.
The event was very varied, intense and emotional. We paid a tribute to Fernando Pderalta Torres, a very famous naturalist who died in a car accident in 1993. His widow and two sons participated in the tribute.
The photographer, the travelling expert, film editor and the protagonists of the documentary were with us too. Most of them were from Corella. The only absent person, the music composer (Jesús Antonio Asiain) made a video that was enjoyed in the event too.
