We’ve presented today our tree inventory in the plenary hall of our town council. Our mayor, Gorka García, and the environment town councillor, Félix Bienzobas, have listened respectfully and appreciated enormously our volunteers’ effort and the tree inventory we’ve handed in today.
Layla, Michelle, and Manel have worked very hard with trees, numbers, to make he statistical study. They’ve informed the town council that the most common trees in Corella are privets (ligustrum), thujas, ornamental cherries, mulberries, and cypresses. There are 3555 trees in our little town, one tree per two inhabitants.
